Good customer service, apart from the fact that this branch of Pillowtalk was the only branch that had the item we wanted. I asked if if they could put the item aside for us as we had a 45 min journey to get there. The assistant stated they were not allowed to do this as it was against company policy. I did offer to pay over phone but that was also not allowed so it was only a bit of luck the the only one they had was still there when we arrived. Generally though once we got there the customer service was great

Have shopped here many times. Have always found the staff very helpful and friendly in this store. I ask where something is, and they will take you to the item, not just point to where it is. Found the English lady with black hair very helpful the other day. There's parking out the front. One My favourite 'go to' store for bedding, cushions etc.

Limda and the team at Helensvale deserve a huge thankyou, the level of customer care and detail for my order was exceptional. Lots of communication and going out of thier way to find my stock. Youve made Christmas a lot easier team! Cant wait for my covers!!

Bought two items on sale and was questioned repeatedly by the sales assistant at the till where I found them and that they weren't meant to be that price ( I looked online for the products and found them for that price in all pillow talks) won't be returning it made me feel so uncomfortable

Tracey is an absolute credit to Pillow Talk Helensvale. She took me through a range of pillows until I found the perfect one, helped me to find the right mattress topper and coverlet set. Garry.M : Bought a variety of items in your store today and for a male who doesn't frequent this type of place often I needed help, I was lucky enough to be served by Joanne who was fantastic, spent a lot of time with me and helped me match things and advise on different qualities etc , she made my day a whole lot easier and I couldn't have been happier with her wonderful manner :)
